However, due to a technical issue, the Assessment Year (A.Y.) is incorrectly displayed as 2024–25 on the physical ITR-V form, whereas the return was filed for A.Y. 2025–26.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. In case you have already submitted physical copy of the signed ITR-V through post or intending to send physical copy of the ITR-V, we request you to kindly

1. Re-download the corrected ITR-V form from the e-Filing portal.

2. Print and sign the form.

3. Send the signed ITR-V to the following address for verification:
