1. Time for verification of the unverified returns for the AY 2020-21 stands extended to 28th Feb’22 as a onetime measure. Kindly Verify the return through EVC or ITR-V, if not already verified. 2. Multiple filing of Form 10CCB and Form 56F for same assessment year is enabled. Refer Latest Updates section for more details. 3. Due Dates for filing Audit Reports and Tax Returns extended for AY 2021-22. Refer Circular 01/2022 in News and Updates. 4. For Form 3CA-3CD, 3CB-3CD, kindly download the latest Offline Utility v1.0.10 available under Download section on Homepage. Please refer clarification under Latest Updates on HomePage. 5. New Format of Form 64D vide Notification No. 55/2020 dated 28th July, 2020 is now available for filing on the portal. Kindly navigate to e-File → Income Tax Forms → Form 64D. 6. Withdrawal Functionality in Form 15CA has been enabled. Kindly navigate to e-File→Income Tax Forms→View Filed Forms→Form 15CA. 7. Online mode of submission for Form 15CA and 15CB has been enabled. 8. The submission of Forms 3CA-3CD, 3CB-3CD for AY 2021-22 and AY 2020-21 has been enabled on the portal, prior years would be available shortly. Latest utility and corresponding schema is available under download section. 9. All ITRs are available for E-filing. Please use the latest utilities to ensure correct computation of Interest due to revision of due dates and proper acknowledgement numbers. 10. Functionality to file Income-tax return is enabled for filing modified return u/s 92CD. 11. Kindly use department utilities under downloads and update your profile to be able to submit response against defective notice/ PFA. 12. DSC registration for Non- Resident Directors is now made available under respective company profile. 13. Legal Heir (representative assessee) functionality is enabled on the portal.
