The Challan details ie BSR CODE or Date of payment or Challan Serial Number mentioned in the latest Form3 IDS submitted by you is not matching with the actual challan details received from the Banks in which you have paid the tax. You are requested to upload a revised Form3 IDS by providing the correct challan details for all the installment of tax paid towards IDS to enable issue Form4 IDS.
Use the option https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/servlet/QueryTaxpayerAjax provided by the Department through internet to verify the correctness of the challan details before uploading the revised Form3 IDS.
