Please note that a WebEx session is being scheduled on Form 10B and Form 10BB to provide assistance or address any technical difficulties faced in filing Form 10B and Form 10BB.

As this session is exclusively for discussion on Form 10B and Form 10BB, if the form is applicable to you, we request you to follow the below steps prior to attending the WebEx session, so that you can be benefitted out of the session:
1. Issue of Invalid ARN, Invalid PIN CODE, Unable to save basic information
A. In Client/ Taxpayer login:
Step 1: Post login, navigate to “My Profile”
Step 2: Click “Edit” on “Profile” section and ensure all fields are updated and click on “Save”
Step 3: Click “Edit” on “Contact” section and ensure all fields are updated (including country code drop down in mobile number) and click on “Save”
Step 4: Navigate to key person details tab on the left hand side and click on edit for each key person and ensure all mandatory fields are updated (country code, residential status).
Step 5: Log out of the portal after undertaking the 4 steps mentioned above and log in again
B. In CA’s login
Step 1: Post login, navigate to “My Profile”
Step 2: Click “Edit” on “Profile” section and ensure all fields are updated and click on “Save”
Step 3: Click “Edit” on “Contact” section and ensure all fields are updated (including country code drop down in mobile number) and click on “Save”
Step 4: Log out of the portal after undertaking the 3 steps mentioned above and log in again
Step 5: Navigate to “File Income Tax Forms” and delete the save draft form which is appearing there
Step 6: Log out of the portal and log in again
Step 7: Navigate to “Worklist"" > ""Pending for filing"" and try to file a fresh form
2. Issue in accepting form
Request CA to delete the drafts appearing in “e-file” section and start with a fresh form. Submit the fresh form for acceptance by taxpayer. If issue still persists, re-assign the form again and request CA to file a fresh form.
