Your refunds determined for one or more AY have failed for the following reason:
For issue of refund there has to be a Validated Indian Bank account. However, as per records, though there are Bank accounts added in your Efiling account, they are not Validated. Due to this reason, the refund for above AY is errored out.
Hence, Tax payer is requested to follow the following steps:
i. Add updated Valid Indian Bank account details in E-filing portal after login in eportal.incometax.gov.in> myprofile>mybankaccount.
ii. Get this Bank account validated after login in eportal.incometax.gov.in> myprofile>mybankaccount.
iii. Initiate refund reissue request for this AY in E-filing portal in Services Tab ->Refund reissue -> Create Reissue.
Note:
1. In case of Refunds more than Rs. 50 cr, please provide updated Legal Entity Identifier(LEI) Number in eportal.incometax.gov.in> Service>LEI, before initiating the refund reissue request.
2. Please note that once the re-issue request is submitted, the same will take 7 - 10 days for credit of Refund
