Change Your Password
1. I do not remember my user ID. How can I login to my account?
Your PAN number is your user ID for the e-Filing portal. You can also use your Aadhaar number as user ID, only if it has been linked with your PAN in the e-Filing portal.

Follow the following steps:
- Delete your Temporary Files from your web browser
- Login to your e-Filing portal and try changing your password again.
