The application in Form 10A for registration under various provisions of Act was submitted by you in the previous e-Filing portal between 01st April 2021 and 31st May 2021. Incase you had not received the Form 10AC, you are kindly requested to use the “Surrender Form 10AC/Withdraw 10A” functionality available in the portal and withdraw the applications submitted. Please submit a fresh application in same codes in the new Efiling portal. Once submitted the Form 10AC will be generated within 7 days of submission of application. The functionality can be accessed through the following path e-file>>Income Tax forms>>View Filed Forms>>Form 10A>Additional Actions. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. Kindly ignore the mail if Form 10AC has been already issued."

Incase you had submitted application in Form 10A for Sectn.12A/10(23C) and 80G of Act and the Form 10AC has been issued with interchanged/wrong Acknowledgement number, you are kindly requested to withdraw both the applications using "Surrender Form 10AC/Withdraw 10A" and submit new applications for both the Section codes in the portal.
